01. THE PROBLEM

The old wall was leaning and ready to fall. This happened because there was no drainage (Ag-line) behind the wall. When it rained, the soil got heavy like mud and pushed against the wall. The owner was worried about the wall collapsing into the neighbor's yard.

02. OUR SOLUTION

We built a new, stronger wall using reinforced concrete sleepers and galvanized steel posts. We did deep site research to test the soil. Most importantly, we installed a full Ag-line drainage system with blue metal rocks to make sure water never pushes against the wall again.

Why Walls Fail

Simple answers to why retaining walls lean, crack, or collapse.

01 The "Invisible" Heavy Weight

When it rains, soil turns into heavy mud. Without a way for water to escape, thousands of kilos of pressure push against the back of your wall.

THE REMEDIAL FIX: We don't just build a wall; we build a Water Highway. We use Ag-lines and blue metal rocks to let water out before it can push the wall over.
02 Timber Rots, Concrete Stays

Many old walls use wood. Even "treated" wood eventually rots in the wet ground, causing the wall to lean and attract termites.

THE REMEDIAL FIX: We use Steel H-Posts and reinforced Concrete Sleepers. Steel doesn't rot, and concrete doesn't attract bugs. It’s a 50-year solution.
03 The "Shallow Footing" Problem

If the posts aren't deep enough in the ground, the whole wall can simply "slide" or "tip" forward during a big storm.

THE REMEDIAL FIX: We use Forensic Engineering. We dig deeper and use stronger concrete piers to make sure the "legs" of the wall never move.
04 Blocked Drainage Holes

Most people forget their wall has "weep holes." If these get blocked by mud, the wall will eventually crack from trapped moisture.

THE REMEDIAL FIX: We install Geofabric Filters. This acts like a coffee filter—it lets the water through but keeps the mud out so your drains never block up.
