01 What is concrete cancer and how do we stop it?

It starts inside your walls or balconies. When rain and salt air soak into concrete, they hit the steel reinforcing bars inside. The steel rusts and swells up like an ice cube. This internal pressure cracks the concrete and blows it apart in big chunks.

THE REMEDIAL FIX: We don't just cover up the crack. We chip back the concrete to reach the rusted bars, clean off all the rust, and paint the steel with a zinc protective shield so it can never rust again.

03 How do we guarantee the damage won't spread?
